Tuft & Needle’s 100-Night Sleep Trial

We understand it can take time to decide if a product is right for you, which is why we offer an at-home trial on all Tuft & Needle products. Our 100-Night Sleep Trial starts on the date of delivery and allows you to return any products that aren’t a good fit for a full refund, so you can rest assured you won’t be stuck with something you don’t love!

Generally, if the product has been used, we will provide guidance on donating it locally. If the product is unused and still in its original packaging, we will send a pre-paid shipping label or help facilitate a free pickup.

How Returns Work

Our return process varies depending on two main factors:

1) If the product has been opened or used
2) The size of the product

When an item has been opened or used, we encourage donation and there are many organizations around the country who accept our gently used products. We want T&N goods that still have plenty of life in them to find new homes and not go to waste.

When an item is still in its original packaging and has not been used, we can arrange return shipping or pickup. For smaller goods, such as bedding and wellness accessories, we will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to ship the items back to us. For larger goods, such as foundations/frames and mattresses, we can help set up a free pickup with one of our partners.

What to expect with each process:

Donations: We will share donation locations in your area, but encourage you to donate to any charity or non-profit of your choice. Please reach out to our CX team prior to donation to ensure it’s an approved charity. Regardless of the organization you donate to, you will need to obtain a signed donation receipt, and send a scan or photo of it back to our team for verification prior to completing the refund and return process.

*Please note at this time we are not accepting donations to Goodwill or electronically filled out donation receipts.

Return shipments or pickups: We will send prepaid shipping labels for small, unopened accessories (i.e. bedding and wellness products). These labels should be printed out, attached to the package, and dropped off at any FedEx facility or drop-off location. Large, unopened returns (i.e. mattresses or frames/foundations), will require pickup from FedEx, CEVA (frames), or one of our other pickup partners. We can help facilitate these pickups, which will come at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once we receive proof of donation, or confirmation that the return shipment or pickup has been completed. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed by your financial institution.

Please note: Amazon orders come with a 100-Night Sleep Trial (with the exception of the Foam Pillow and Amazon Canada orders, which have a 30-Night Sleep Trial), but must be returned through Amazon.
